There’s a lot of power in the fashion industry (no big suprise here). Forbes World’s 100 Most Powerful Women List has been released and some of fashion’s top names, including Brazilian supermodel Gisele, Ana Wintour and Diane von Furstenberg, made the cut.
The Costume Institute had great success with the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty exhibit this year, which, in many’s eyes, would seem hard to top. Well, not one to disappoint, the MET has plans to showcase Miuccia Prada and Elsa Schiaparelli for their next exhibit, adding on to the list of past fashion exhibit themes. Fashionistas rejoice!
